PS4 Price Revealed? – February 8, 2013 In the midst of rumors surrounding the possible PlayStation 4 announcement on February 20, speculations of the cost of the next generation console are rising. Specifically, Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun has actually reported that the PS4 console may retail for 40,000 yen or $420 USD. This is an improvement from Sony’s previous launch since the PlayStation 3 initially retailed for up to $600 USD.
